ToolBook for ProjectsHow do I decide which product and which licence type?We can give advice if you contact us - just let us know how many people you think will use the software and their levels of expertise, how long you envisage using ToolBook and what level of technical support you think you will require. The information below may also help. One year project
If your project is for only one year, it works out cheaper to buy a subscription rather than a perpetual licence, plus subscriptions include free maintenance. Also, if you have 3 or more users of Instructor, a site subscription will save money over individual subscriptions. Two year project
If your project is for two years, it may work out cheaper to buy perpetual individual licences rather than individual subscriptions as long as you only upgrade once during that time. However, if you have 4 or more users of Instructor, a perpetual site licence or a 2 year site subscription would work out cheaper, plus subscriptions include free maintenance. Three year project
If your project is for three years, it will probably work out cheaper to buy perpetual individual licences rather than individual subscriptions. However, depending on how many users you have, a 3 year site subscription or a perpetual site licence may work out cheaper. If you have 4 or more users of Instructor, a perpetual site licence or a 3 year site subscription would work out cheaper than perpetual individual licences, plus subscriptions include free maintenance. |
